I have restored four Shin Nihon Zokei table top presses in the past and Jackie found me and brought this one to Classic Etching Presses casualty ward to bring it back to life. This particular press is different from the other four I have restored as it's frame is made of plate steel bolted together and the drive is direct onto the print roller. The print roller is solid steel and very heavy and the plate steel frame very heavy also. Like the others the press bed is 400x700 (16x28inches)
